  • Average list price – $254,932
  • Average price per square foot – $134
  • Average days on the market – 108
  • Median house size – 1,835 square feet

The Foley real estate market is booming.  It gives home buyers great and diverse options to own near the beach at awesome prices.  You’ll find homes of all sizes but the typical property will be a ranch, most likely all brick, and priced in the low to mid $200k’s.  The most expensive home for sale is listed at $2,100,000 and the least expensive is $89,000.

  • Average list price – $199,147
  • Average selling price – $195,222
  • Median selling price – $188,000
  • Selling to listing ratio – 98%
  • Average days on the market – 100
  • Price per square foot – $110
  • Average square feet of homes sold – 1,824

Yes, you read that correctly.  There were 91 homes that closed in Foley last month!  I’m telling you, the town is exploding and showing no signs of slowing down.

The largest home had 3,868 square feet and the smallest offered 572 square feet.  The most expensive home that sold last month in Foley closed at $425,000 and the least expensive was $35,500.  Although the Foley real estate market is seeing about 3 closings every day, we are still in a slight buyer’s market with buyers realizing an average of 2% off the list price.
